Celebrating Advent and Christmas, three hundred student musicians fill the stage of Minneapolis’s celebrated Orchestra Hall. With a live audience they weave together songs of devotion, cherished carols, and global holiday music. At the heart of this year’s concert is a world-premiere commission from acclaimed composer James Stephenson that bestows this year’s performance with its name–Love Divine.
